Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 May 2026
This policy explains how At Thresholds Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal data when you visit threshlds.co or get in touch with us. We are the data controller for this information.
At Thresholds Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 17199497), registered office in Leeds, United Kingdom. You can reach us at contact@threshlds.co.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, organisation (optional), the reason for contact, and your message.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.
We do not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or services you ask for.
- To take steps, at your request, before entering into any agreement with you.
- To keep the website secure and operating correctly.
Our legal bases (under the UK GDPR) are your consent, our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business, and, where relevant, taking steps prior to a contract.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Formspree — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security for the site.
- Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on the site; this means Google may receive your IP address when the page loads.
- Our email provider, which handles messages sent to contact@threshlds.co.
If you click through to a third-party platform to book a workshop or course (for example Luma or Maven), your data there is handled under that provider's own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of these providers are based outside the UK (including in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards as required by UK data protection law.
Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site and keep it running.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email contact@threshlds.co.
If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with a revised date above.
